    An Independent sign of Trust, Quality Tourism ensures quality services through mystery guest audits conducted regularly by independent consulting firms. The quality campsites in the Var are thus required to: comply with health and safety rules ; respect national ranking ; meet national commitments to quality (compliance rate of at least 85% at the end of the mystery guest audit services) ; justify a procedure for handling customer complaints.
